Biography
Lisa began her performing career in London, as a professional vocalist with a function band at top hotels, weddings, and corporate events.
After a few years gaining valuable skill and experience as an entertainer, she flew to the USA to join the revue cast as principle vocalist onboard Miami based cruise ship Discovery Sun, which sailed around the Florida and Bahamas area.
On completion of her contract, Lisa returned to her native town near Liverpool where she spent some time studying music.
During this time she teamed up with local songwriters to write and perform her own original material.
Their music generated much record company interest, giving her the opportunity to work with some leading producers and musicians, including top Hollywood producer Henry Jackman.
However, the lure of the seas proved too much, and soon Lisa was off cruising again, this time with top party showband ‘JetSet’.
The band lived up to their name, first performing at the Radisson Hotel in Oman, then jetting across the Atlantic to perform onboard prestigious Holland America cruise liners, visiting such exotic places as Hawaii, Acapulco and Jamaica.
A change of temperature was soon on the cards however, as Lisa headed up north to Scandinavia to perform her favourite kind of music – smooth jazz, vintage and swing classics.
Lisa went on to tour worldwide as headline cabaret entertainer on all the ships in the P&O cruise fleet.
Currently based in North Wales, this versatile and popular songstress continues to present her acclaimed cabaret and tribute shows, performing at functions, weddings and corporate events around the UK.
