Settlement of dues

Accounts which remain outstanding for 30 days after invoice date will incur an additional fee of 4% above the bank base rate per month of the outstanding account.
If you fail to pay any amounts due to us as they fall due, we may suspend our Services to you and/or terminate this Agreement forthwith without notice to you.

Whilst we use commercially reasonable efforts to check for the most commonly known viruses, we are not in a position to confirm that our site, e-mails and any attachments will be virus free and we cannot accept any liability in this regard. It is therefore recommended that you carry out your own virus checks.
Complaints
In the first instance please contact us by e-mail, stating clearly the nature of your complaint.
